Software is compatible with PC/Mac platforms and is family product of Screencast. Technical support is there but pretty simple really, and forums are avalilable for blogging, discussions,etc. Simple, clean, and easy to use. One correction JING will not allow for audio that comes with the upgrade of JING Pro.
