I have been very open about using as many social media tools in the OLIT program as I can. I feel like there are myriads of applications in the classroom, training, and educational instruction to use these tools. However, I have found that not all of them do accomplish the same goal. Just like the article states we have communication and we have collaboration. Being able to distinguish the applicability of each is very important.
